When I called your location on Del Prado Pkwy in Cape Coral I spoke with Jorge. He was very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful. Jorge spend the time with me so that I felt comfortable buying on the basis of his advise. He answered all of my questions and as a result I spent $2,000.00. I purchased a set of (4) tires, sensors, oil change and brakes for my 2004 Corvette. Jorge went far beyond to what other tire stores were either willing or able to do to give me the confidence to purchase from them.

Excellent Service I had a great experience at Tire Plus. I went in to have a sensor fixed, and the service was beyond my expectations. Jorge provided excellent customer service—he was professional, friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. I also want to recognize the mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He did an excellent job and made sure the issue was properly addressed. Thank you, Jorge, and Michael for the outstanding service. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Tire Plus to others.

Tires Plus~ I had a wonderful experience here and wanted to recognize Jorge for his outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel valued, heard, and genuinely cared for. I was worried about my tire, but he immediately put my mind at ease by explaining everything and making sure it was taken care of right away. It's rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also so kind and reassuring. The prompt service and the way I was treated spoke volumes about this business. I truly appreciated the care and professionalism, and because of this experience, I will absolutely be returning for any future tire needs. Thank you, Jorge, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive one!

I had an outstanding experience with Tires Plus on Del Prado Blvd. From the moment I spoke with Israel over the phone, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, patience, and willingness to help. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The rest of the team also did an excellent job replacing the tires on my wife's car. They were efficient, courteous, and completed the work with great attention to detail. It's refreshing to receive such excellent customer service from start to finish. Thank you, Israel, and the entire team, for a job well done. I highly recommend this Tires Plus location to anyone looking for honest, professional, and reliable service. On Wheels I Go
